The Store Design SOP clarifies the theoretical background behind the store design. We will throughout the SOP examine our store design in detail with a high-level approach to accomplish the multifunctional purposes.

We use three different bar types depended on the forecasted AVG product per day.
The capacity matrix is used to determine the amount of Bar and BOH equipment that is needed based on AVG daily product forecast.
Below you will find the store design processes for The Nordics and Rest of the World and the agreements between the different stakeholders.
The colour schemes below are the only colours we use for the roll out concept.
The wall color is divided in two; A top- and bottom color. The top color is defined to be lighter and the bottom color to be darker. The top color should also be applied to the ceiling.
Top Color: Gloss 5%.
Bottom Color: Gloss 10%.
All bar elements are defined in accordance to the chosen colour theme. These are comprised of the bar front, the bar lamps, the wall tiles and the wall lamps.
The bar front is also defined above in the specific colour code structure. Drawings can be downloaded from this page along with a 3D model of each front.
All bar fronts that feature paint or woodwork will be painted with the finish Gloss 40%.
The bar floor is strictly designed conferring the hygienic regulations in the specific market.
The customer-area floor is designed in agreement with the chosen color theme. All wooden floors are from Dennebos composed of 12mm birch plywood, with 5mm oak top layer, equalling 17mm in total.
*Re-use existing floors, walls and ceilings to the extent possible and keep in mind that the building must be respected.
In JOE & THE JUICE, we use pictures to bring out personality and edge to the atmosphere of the store as well as creating variance in each section to avoid sterile repetitive interior designs. We only use picture that have been captured by ourselves and from of the traveling we have done around the world. The atmosphere of the pictures is international citizen, the love for trashy street art, luxury hotels, beautiful views and of course - our people.
We utilise the pictures to create two types of walls - Collage Walls & Statement Walls.
A large part of the JOE & THE JUICE culture is our love of music and sound quality. Our unique music profile is recognized by our guests all over the world and is a cornerstone of the JOE & THE JUICE concept. This is why we do not tolerate any compromises on sound and technical specification. Our stores must be designed with great care towards sound setup to ensure optimal quality.
Each store has a unique interior profile to accommodate the concept design in accordance to the area segment. This is acquired by adjusting the seating type. We divide our furniture into five different seating experiences: dining, high, lounge, signature, and community.
When it comes to exterior we only operate with one concept - for now.

All store should have a app pick up wall and the neon "App Pick Up" sign. There is three different setups: free rack, box, and shelves. The box is preferred for all new stores - if not possible use the shelves.
